Lacrosse brought us together. Community keeps us here.

Tournaments, volunteer shifts, and sponsorships — this is what Washington United Lax looks like when the game clock stops.

Open to the whole region, all season long

Clinics, scrimmages, and local tournaments run from early spring through fall. Every event is open to families, friends, and anyone curious about the sport — no registration required to come watch.

Community nights and end-of-season gatherings are where the real friendships form. Bring the whole family.

Parents, former players, coaches — all welcome

This organization runs because families show up. Volunteer roles range from field setup and equipment handling to scorekeeping, event coordination, and team mentorship.

No lacrosse background needed. If you can give a few hours, we have a spot for you.
